Overview The Office of the District Social Welfare Officer, Hailakandi, has released a recruitment notification for two contractual positions at the One Stop Centre, Hailakandi. This recruitment is conducted under the directives of the Department of Women & Child Development, Government of Assam. Important Dates Application Submission Start: 28th July 2026 Application Submission End: 20th August 2026 (until 5:00 PM) Vacancies & Pay Scale Total Vacancies: 2 Post Details: Psycho Social Counsellor: 1 post | Fixed Pay: Rs. 25,000/- per month Security Guard/Night Guard: 1 post | Fixed Pay: Rs. 12,000/- per month Eligibility Criteria Psycho Social Counsellor: Qualifications: Professional degree/diploma in Psychology/Psychiatry/Neurosciences. Experience: Preferably 3 years of experience in a Government or Non-Government project/programme. Preference: Candidates should be residents of Hailakandi District. Security Guard/Night Guard: Qualifications: Minimum Class VIII pass or equivalent. Experience: 2 years of experience in a Government or Non-Government organization. Preference: Retired military/para-military personnel are preferred. Age Limit: As per Govt. Norms. Selection Process Applications will be screened by the Selection Committee.
