Overview AI Engineering Services Limited (AIESL), a Public Sector Undertaking under the Government of India and the largest MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) organization in India, invites applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will serve as the DGCA-approved 'Accountable Manager' and report to the Chairman and Managing Director of AI Assets Holding Limited (AIAHL). Important Dates Deadline for Application Submission: 12th October 2026 Vacancies & Pay Scale Total Vacancies: 1 (Post of CEO) Fixed Gross Emolument: Rs. 3,00,000 per month Benefits: Special Allowance (20% of gross emoluments) and HRA (30% of gross emolument + special allowance). Eligibility Criteria Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech or equivalent in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Production, or Electronics & Communication Engineering. Desirable: MBA or equivalent PG Management Degree/Diploma. Experience (External): Must have 20 years of managerial experience, including at least 5 years at a senior managerial level in the aviation industry (not more than two levels below CEO). Experience (Internal): 20 years in Aviation Engineering, with 10 years at a managerial level, including at least 5 years at the senior managerial level (E-7 or above). Age Limit: Maximum 58 years as of 01.07.2026. Selection Process The selection process is a two-tier procedure involving personal interview(s) of shortlisted candidates.
