Assam Lot Mondal Vacancy Details 2026: Post Name: Land Records Assistant (LRA) Total Vacancies: 579 Pay Scale: PB-2 ₹14,000 – ₹70,000 + Grade Pay ₹6,200 Job Location: Assam Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed the Recorder Certificate Class Course Training from the Assam Survey & Settlement Training Centre, Dakhingaon, Guwahati-19, and must have been declared proficient in the mandated examination by the official authority. The qualification must have been obtained within the prescribed period mentioned in the advertisement. Candidates must also have computer typing proficiency of at least: 30 WPM in English, and 15 WPM in Assamese/Bengali. Age Limit: The candidate must be: Minimum Age: 21 years Maximum Age: 40 years The age will be calculated as on 1 January 2026. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the Assam Government rules mentioned in the advertisement. The age will be determined from the Class-X/Class-XII examination admit card, pass certificate or marksheet issued by the recognized board/council. Selection Process: The selection will be based on a Written Examination and Skill Test (Computer Proficiency), followed by document verification for shortlisted candidates. ✅ Written Examination The written test will carry 80 marks and will consist of objective-type MCQs. The subject-wise distribution is: Mathematics (Class X standard): 10 marks Conventional Survey: 50 marks Modern Survey: 20 marks There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
