• Post Name: Quality Manager / Compliance Monitoring Manager

• Monthly Remuneration: Negotiable, ranging from Rs. 75,000 to Rs. 1,50,000 per month, as per industry standards.
• Annual Increment: A 5% annual increment is applicable on the negotiable monthly package.
• Allowances: Consultants will not be entitled to Dearness Allowance (DA), Residential Telephone, Transport Facility, Personal Staff, Residential Accommodation, or Medical Reimbursement. However, TA/DA for official travel within the country may be allowed upon approval by the competent authority.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:
• An engineering degree in aeronautical, mechanical, electrical, electronic, or avionic fields, OR
• An aircraft maintenance technician qualification, OR
• Studies relevant to the maintenance and continuing airworthiness of aircraft/aircraft components.
• Experience: Minimum 05 years of experience in the aviation industry in tasks related to aircraft maintenance and/or continuing airworthiness management and/or Quality Manager (CMM).
• Other Requirements:
• Candidate should be SMS Qualified.
• Possess knowledge of DGCA regulations and relevant legislation governing or affecting the operation/maintenance of aircraft.
• Have good working knowledge of computer applications such as documentation, emails, presentation, and Excel.
• The holder of this position must satisfy the requirements stipulated in DGCA CAR-CAMO.
• Age Limit: The maximum age limit for engagement is 65 years. However, candidates may be re-engaged as consultants up to the age of 70 years, subject to their level of expertise and health conditions. Age will be calculated as on the date of publishing the advertisement on the AAI website.

Contract Period & Place of Posting

• Contract Period: The initial contract period shall be 3 (three) years, extendable for another 2 (two) years based on satisfactory performance and mutual consent.
• Place of Posting: Flight Inspection Unit, Safdarjung Airport, New Delhi.

Selection Process

• Candidates will be shortlisted based on their submitted applications and attached documents.
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview.
• The date, time, and venue of the personal interview will be intimated to shortlisted candidates via the email address provided in their application.
• No TA/DA will be paid by AAI for appearing in the personal interview.
• Candidates currently employed in Government/Semi-Government/Public Sector Undertakings must apply through proper channel or produce a “No Objection Certificate” (NOC) from their current employer at the time of the interview.
• Selected candidates will be required to enter into an agreement with Airports Authority of India on Non-Judicial Stamp paper of Rs.100/-.
