Duplicate Academic Documents for Flood-Affected Candidates in Upper Assam

Overview Dibrugarh University has issued a notification for candidates who were severely affected by the recent flood in Upper Assam and have lost their original academic documents. This includes mark sheets, grade sheets, or admit cards issued by Dibrugarh University. Such eligible candidates can now apply for duplicate copies of these essential documents. Important Dates Notification Issue Date: 28.08.2026 Application Deadline: Applications will be accepted for three (3) months from the date of issue of this notification. Therefore, the last date to apply is 28.11.2026. Vacancies & Pay Scale Not applicable. This notification is for the issuance of duplicate academic documents, not for recruitment or admission. Eligibility Criteria Candidates must have been severely affected by the recent flood in Upper Assam. Candidates must have lost their original mark sheets, grade sheets, or admit cards that were issued by Dibrugarh University. Selection Process Not applicable. This process does not involve any selection. How to Apply Eligible candidates can apply for duplicate documents through two modes: Offline Mode Candidates can submit their applications directly at the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Dibrugarh University. Online Mode Applications can also be sent via email to the Controller of Examinations at coe@dibru.ac.in. Mandatory Requirement for Document Receipt Candidates are required to submit a duly filled Self-Declaration-cum-Undertaking form. This form is available on the official website of Dibrugarh University (www.dibru.ac.in). The Self-Declaration-cum-Undertaking form must be submitted at the time of receiving the duplicate document(s). Other relevant documents, if available, should also be submitted.
