Announcement regarding Enrollment in Red Ribbon Club, Dibrugarh University

Through the RRC, students are encouraged to gain knowledge about HIV/AIDS, understand the importance of Voluntary Blood Donation, and learn about safe sexual behaviours. The club aims to empower its members to become more conscious of HIV/AIDS and related concerns, enabling them to act as agents of change in the ongoing HIV/AIDS prevention program. This initiative acknowledges that a significant proportion of youth are susceptible to high-risk behaviours, with over 35% of reported HIV incidences in India occurring within the 15-29 age group.
