How to Apply
Eligible candidates can apply for duplicate documents through two modes:
1. Offline Mode
Candidates can submit their applications directly at the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Dibrugarh University.
2. Online Mode
Applications can also be sent via email to the Controller of Examinations at coe@dibru.ac.in.
Mandatory Requirement for Document Receipt
Candidates are required to submit a duly filled Self-Declaration-cum-Undertaking form. This form is available on the official website of Dibrugarh University (www.dibru.ac.in).
The Self-Declaration-cum-Undertaking form must be submitted at the time of receiving the duplicate document(s).
Other relevant documents, if available, should also be submitted.
