How to Apply
Applicants can complete their admission process by following these sequential steps through the institution's online Admission Portal:
Step 1: Create ABC ID
As per the directives of the UGC’s Distance Education Bureau (DEB), it is mandatory for all applicants, from the July 2024 session onwards, to have their own ABC ID (Academic Bank of Credit account). This ID is essential for accumulating and transferring all academic credits.
You must create your ABC ID through the Digilocker facility. This process can be initiated directly via the institution's admission portal by clicking on the “Click to Start” button.
Documents required for ABC ID creation: Aadhaar, PAN, or Driving License.
If you already possess an ABC ID, you may proceed directly to Step 2.
Step 2: Create UGC DEB ID
After successfully creating your ABC ID, you are required to create a unique UGC DEB ID within the institution's Admission Portal.
This UGC DEB ID is a unique and permanent identification number that will be associated with you for all your Open and Distance Learning (ODL) as well as Online programmes and courses.
If you have already created your UGC DEB ID previously, you can use your existing ID for admission to these programmes.
Enter your UGC DEB ID in the designated field and click on the “Get Your Details” button. Carefully review if your displayed details are correct and confirm them.
If your details are accurate, proceed by clicking “Click to Register” for the programmes.
Step 3: Login to Admission Portal
Upon successfully clicking “Click to Register” in Step 2, your Username and Password to log in to the admission portal will be automatically sent to the mobile number and email address you provided during the creation of your UGC DEB ID.
Use these provided Username and Password credentials to log in to the Admission Portal.
An option for "Forgot Password" is available on the portal in case you need to retrieve your login details.
Step 4: Complete Application and Payment
Finally, after a successful login to the Admission Portal, you must accurately fill up the following details and complete the application process:
Enter Personal Details.
Select Programme & Enter Other Details.
Upload Required Documents.
Preview all entered information and uploaded documents.
