Application Steps
Step 1: Create an ABC ID via Digilocker. You must have an AADHAAR, PAN, or Driving License for this.
Generate a UGC DEB ID in the Admission Portal. This is a permanent unique number for all your ODL/Online programs. After entering the ID, click "Get Your Details" and confirm your information to proceed to registration.

Step 4: After logging in, fill out your personal details, select your program, upload required documents, preview your application, and pay the fee online.
