Admission Guidelines for July 2024 Session
Overview This notice provides a step-by-step guide for candidates applying for admission into academic programmes for the July 2024 session at KKHSOU. The process is entirely digital and requires candidates to follow specific registration protocols, including the generation of an Academic Bank of Credit (ABC) ID and a UGC Distance Education Bureau (DEB) ID. Application Process ABC ID Generation: Candidates must create an ABC ID via Digilocker. Aadhaar, PAN, or Driving License is mandatory for this step. UGC DEB ID Creation: After obtaining the ABC ID, candidates must create a unique UGC DEB ID on the university portal, which will be used for all ODL and online courses. Registration: Upon clicking 'Click to Register,' login credentials will be sent to the registered mobile number and email. Form Filling: Candidates must fill in personal details, select their programme, upload documents, and pay the admission fees online. Required Documents Candidates should keep the following scanned copies (Max size 500 KB, in JPG/JPEG/PNG format) ready: Passport size photograph Final Marksheet/Certificate of last qualification Photo Identity Card (PAN, Driving License, or Aadhaar) Scanned Signature Supporting documents for PWD, Caste, or BPL status (if applicable) Payment Methods Debit/Credit Card or Netbanking Digital Wallets/UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, WhatsApp Pay, etc.)
