Overview This notification outlines the formal online admission process for students enrolling in programs at Krishna Kanta Handiqui State Open University (KKHSOU). The process involves creating mandatory digital accounts to manage academic credits and student identity. Admission Procedure Step 1: Create ABC ID: Students must create an Academic Bank of Credit (ABC) ID via the DigiLocker facility. This is mandatory as per UGC Distance Education Bureau (DEB) guidelines. Keep your Aadhaar, PAN, or Driving License ready for this step. Step 2: Create UGC DEB ID: After obtaining an ABC ID, create a unique, permanent UGC DEB ID on the university admission portal. Once created, provide it on the portal and click "Get Your Details" to proceed. Step 3: Registration: Click "Click to Register" to receive your system-generated Username and Password via your registered mobile number and email. Step 4: Final Application: Login with your credentials to enter personal details, select your preferred program, upload required documents, preview the application, and complete the online fee payment.
