The course duration should be a minimum of 4 years after HSLC or equivalent, or 3 years after a full-time Diploma, or a 2+2+2 years Engineering course. Minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates) in the qualifying B.E./B.Tech examination is required. Assistant Manager (Human Resource): 2-year full-time MBA/PGDM degree with specialization in HRM, Personnel Management, or Industrial Relations from an AICTE/UGC-approved Institution. Minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates) in the qualifying MBA/PGDM examination is required. Nationality and Domicile: Candidate must be an Indian Citizen as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India. Candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam. Proof of residency: Valid Permanent Resident Certificate issued in Assam for educational purposes, OR Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
