Implementation and Management Management: A dedicated Centre/Cell with a Chairperson/Coordinator will manage the recruitment process and coordinate between departments and the Registrar’s office. Support Team: The Chairperson may appoint up to 3 members from existing full-time faculty or full-time research scholars to assist in operations. Records: The Centre/Cell is responsible for maintaining documentation for all job holders/interns. Compensation: All financial and compensation-related matters are handled strictly by the Registrar’s office. Decision Making: The final authority to continue or discontinue the scheme rests with the Vice-Chancellor/Registrar of Dibrugarh University.
