This notification outlines the formal online admission process for academic sessions at KKHSOU. All applicants are required to register through the official admission portal by completing mandatory digital identity verifications, including the Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) ID and the UGC DEB ID.
Admission Steps
Step 1: ABC ID Creation: Applicants must create an Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) ID via the Digilocker facility. This is mandatory for tracking academic credits. You will need an Aadhaar, PAN, or Driving License to complete this.
After obtaining an ABC ID, register for a permanent UGC DEB ID on the admission portal. This ID serves as a unique identifier for all ODL and Online courses.

Step 3: Registration: Once the DEB ID is validated via the "Get Your Details" button, click "Click to Register" to receive login credentials (Username and Password) via email and SMS.
Step 4: Final Submission: Log in to the portal to enter personal details, select your programme, upload scanned documents, preview the application, and pay the admission fees online.
