How to Apply (Online Admission Process)
This guide details the process for completing your admission and making fee payments online:
Step 1: Login
Students must log in to the Student Portal using the registered mobile number and password that were used during the online application submission.
If login shows 'Invalid Credentials!', click 'Forgot Password' to retrieve or reset your password.
After successfully logging in, students will be directed to their Student Dashboard.
To proceed, click on the three-dash menu icon (≡) located in the top left corner of the page.
Step 3: Select Fee Payment
Clicking the three-dash menu will open a left-hand navigation panel.
From this panel, select the 'Fee Payment' option to navigate to the admission payment page.
Step 4: Pay the Prescribed Fee
On the 'Payment Requests' page, locate the 'Admission' entry for the 'Session: 2026-2027'.
Click on the 'Pay Rs.' button to initiate the fee payment. This action will redirect you to the payment gateway.
Step 5: Make Payment
On the payment gateway, select your preferred payment method from the available options.
You can choose to pay using Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, or UPI.
Complete the payment securely using your chosen method.
Payment Processing Screen (Important Note)
This screen appears only if a payment attempt is cancelled or interrupted by the student during Step 5.
Do not initiate another payment immediately. Wait for 15 minutes, then refresh or reload the page to check the payment status.
If the payment status is still not updated after the waiting period, contact the Cash Counter Team using the official contact number provided by the university.
Those who do not see this interface (meaning their payment was successful) should proceed directly to Step 6.
Step 6: View Payment Receipt
After successful payment, open the side menu again.
Click on the 'Payment Receipt' option.
Then, click the 'View Receipt' button to view and download your payment receipt.
Step 7: Receipt Details
The payment receipt will be displayed, containing all transaction details.
Key details include the Receipt Number, Date of Payment, Programme Name, Enrolment ID, Fee Details, Amount, and Reference ID.
Admission Completion
Your online admission for Dibrugarh University has been completed successfully.
It is mandatory to download or print your Admission Receipt and keep it safely for future reference.
