How to Apply

Follow these steps to complete your online admission:

Step 1: Login to the Student Portal

• Access the Student Portal using the provided link: `https://erp.dibru.work/dibru/student/login`.
• Students must log in using the registered mobile number and password that were used while submitting their online application.
• If the login shows "Invalid Credentials!", click on "Forgot Password" to retrieve or reset your password.
• New users who have not registered yet should click "New User? Click to register".

Step 2: Navigate the Student Dashboard

• After successfully logging in, you will be directed to the Student Dashboard.
• Locate and click on the three-dash icon (☰) available on the top left corner of the page. This will open the left-hand navigation panel.

Step 3: Select Fee Payment

• From the opened left-hand navigation panel (menu), click on the "Fee Payment" option.
• This action will direct you to the admission payment page.

Step 4: Pay the Prescribed Fee

• On the Payment Requests page, you will see the admission details for the Session 2026-2027.
• Click on the "Pay Rs." button to proceed with the payment of the prescribed admission fee.
• You will be redirected to the payment gateway.

Step 5: Make Payment

• Select your preferred payment method from the available options. These typically include:
• Credit / Debit Cards (VISA, RuPay, etc.)
• Net Banking
• UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
• Complete the payment securely using your chosen method.

Important Note on Payment Processing (Appears if a payment attempt is interrupted):

• This screen appears only if a payment attempt is cancelled or interrupted by the student during Step 5.
• If you see a "Payment Processing" message, do not initiate another payment immediately.
• Wait for approximately 15 minutes.
• After the waiting period, refresh or reload the page and check the payment status.
• If the payment status is still not updated, please contact the Cash Counter Team using the official contact number for assistance.
• Those who do not encounter this screen should proceed directly to Step 6.

Step 6: View Payment Receipt

• After successful payment, reopen the side menu by clicking the three-dash icon (☰) on the top left.
• From the menu, click on the "Payment Receipt" option.
• On the Payment Receipt page, you will see a list of your payments. Locate the relevant admission payment and click on the "View Receipt" button.
• This will allow you to view and download your payment receipt.

Step 7: Receipt Details

• The payment receipt will be displayed, containing all transaction details. Key information includes:
• Receipt Number
• Date of payment
• Received from
• Enrolment ID
• Programme Name
• Session
• Year/Semester
• Fee Details and Amount
• Category
• Mode of payment
• Reference ID

Admission Completion

• Your online admission has been completed successfully.
• Please download or print your Admission Receipt and keep it safely for future reference.
