Eligibility Criteria for Fee Waiver Students intending to avail the fee waiver benefit for admission into 3rd and Higher Semester (Odd Semester) Classes of all Under Graduate, Post Graduate, and Integrated academic programmes of Dibrugarh University campus. Students having arrears/backlogs in previous academic year(s) are eligible but will receive only a 50% fee waiver. Attendance of the student during the last semester must not be less than 70%. Required Documents for Fee Waiver Students must submit the following documents to the Head of the Department concerned on or before August 14, 2026: Ration card/Income Certificate (latest) An undertaking in the prescribed format (Annexure - II) ADHAAR details along with consent letter (Annexure - III) Selection Process Not applicable. Eligibility for the fee waiver is based on meeting the specified criteria and document submission. How to Apply Login to Student Portal (ERP): Concerned students should log in to their Student Portal (ERP). Fee Payment Option: Go to 'Fee payment' and select the appropriate mode (Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, etc.). For Fee Waiver Applicants: Submit the required documents (Ration card/Income Certificate, Undertaking, ADHAAR) to their respective Head of the Department (HoD) on or before August 14, 2026. Do not pay the full fee until August 21, 2026, allowing time for document verification. Ensure that their Fee Waiver receipt is generated in their Student Portal (ERP) by August 25, 2026. Students with backlogs must ensure payment of their 50% fee as per the revised admission schedule. If no payment link is seen in the ERP login, or if the Fee Waiver receipt is not generated by August 25, 2026, report immediately to the Dibrugarh University Cash Counter.
