MMNMA and MMNBA Scholarship Schemes Notification 2026-2027

Overview The Office of the Director of Students Welfare, Bodoland University, has issued a notification regarding the Mukhya Mantrir Nijut Moina Aasoni (MMNMA) and Mukhya Mantrir Nijut Babu Aasoni (MMNBA) scholarship schemes for the session 2026-2027. These schemes provide financial support to eligible undergraduate and postgraduate students enrolled at Bodoland University. Important Dates Form Distribution: 9th August to 10th August, 2026 (until 6:00 PM). Form Submission: 11th August to 13th August, 2026. Eligibility Criteria MMNMA (Girl Students): Must be a female student domiciled in Assam. Must be a regular student in UG (B.A/B.Sc./B.Com) or PG (M.A./M.Sc./M.Com) programs. Married UG students are ineligible (married PG students are eligible). Daughters of Ministers, MPs, and MLAs are excluded. Students receiving the Dr. Banikanta Kakati Merit Award or CM's Jibon Prerana Scheme are ineligible (with an exception for those opting out of the scooter award). MMNNBA (Boy Students): Must be a male student domiciled in Assam. Must belong to a family with an annual income below Rs. 4.00 lakh. Must be admitted under the Fee Waiver Scheme. Must be a regular student in UG 1st/2nd year or PG 1st/2nd year. Must have appeared in the previous year's final examination with at least 70% attendance. Mandatory Instructions Students must possess a valid Aadhaar number and an Aadhaar-seeded bank account for ABPS transfer. The name on the Aadhaar card must match official university admission records. Application Process Collect the prescribed application and declaration forms from the Office of the Director of Students Welfare, Bodoland University. Submit the duly filled form along with self-attested photocopies of: Latest Admission Receipt Admit Card of the Last Examination Latest Marksheet Aadhaar Card Bank Passbook Voter ID (if available) PAN Card Self-declaration (regarding non-receipt of the Dr. Banikanta Kakati Merit Award).
