Tie-Breaking Rules: In cases where two or more candidates secure equal marks, the inter-se merit will be decided using the following criteria, in order: Ratio of Positive and Negative Marks: The candidate with a higher absolute value of the ratio of positive marks to negative marks will be given a better rank. Number of Unanswered Questions: The candidate with a lesser number of unanswered questions will receive a better rank.
