Overview Dibrugarh University has announced a Spot Admission process for the Five-Year Integrated Post Graduate Programme (FYIPGP) for the academic session 2026-2027 under the Non-CUET category. This phase of admission is specifically for filling vacant seats and is also open to the sons and daughters of university employees. Eligibility for fee waivers is subject to Government of Assam Higher Education Department notifications. Candidates must possess all necessary certificates (Caste, EWS, Domicile/PRC, etc.) in original. Selection Process Selection is purely provisional and based on merit, subject to the fulfillment of qualifying criteria as per university norms. How to Apply Candidates must visit the respective Departments/Centres of Dibrugarh University on the scheduled dates. Bring the original e-Samarth application form along with self-attested photocopies of all testimonials. Original documents required include: Domicile/PRC (Assam), Caste Certificate, EWS certificate, and Marksheets/Pass certificates. Admission fees must be paid via digital modes (Debit/Credit Card, Internet Banking, UPI) or at the Digital Lounge payment center. Admitted students must submit an online Anti-Ragging Undertaking.
