Social Expert: Master’s degree in Sociology/Anthropology/Social Work with 5 years of experience in the social sector. OHS Experts: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Safety, Mechanical, or Construction Management. Preferred: Master’s/PG Diploma in OHS/Disaster Management or NEBOSH certification. Requires 8 years of experience in linear infrastructure/construction. Biodiversity Specialist: Master’s degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, Forestry, Wildlife Management, or Biodiversity with 7 years of experience in assessment and conservation.
