Educational Qualification: Master's degree with 55% marks in MA in Sociology, Political Science, Economics, History, or other related subjects from an Indian University or equivalent from a foreign university. Must have cleared NET/SLET/SET, OR possess a PhD degree with the conditions mentioned above (from a top 500 foreign university/institution as per QS, THE, or ARWU rankings). Desirable Qualifications: Ability to teach papers related to violence, memory, territoriality, nation-state, and border conflicts. PhD in a relevant field with two or more years of teaching experience. Research experience on Northeast India and its transnational neighborhood. Ability to teach interdisciplinary courses. Good research and publication track record. Ability to supervise Bachelor's and Master's students. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with interdisciplinary teams. Boy’s Hostel Caretaker Age Limit: Up to 45 years. Educational Qualification: Class 12th/Higher Secondary (HS) Passed. Desirable Qualification: Minimum one year work experience in the same field is desirable. Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Candidates with basic knowledge of Computer with Word and Excel will have an added advantage.
