Minimum 2 years experience required. DGM (Civil – Tunnel Construction Expert): Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 11 years experience in tunnel construction. DGM (Transport Economist): Bachelor’s in Civil/Arch/Planning + Master’s in Economics/Statistics/Management/Transport Engineering. Minimum 11 years experience in transport studies. DGM (Civil – Marine Structural Expert): Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering + Post Graduation in Marine/Coastal/Ocean Engineering. Minimum 11 years experience. Age Limits (as on 22-07-2026): Assistant Manager (HR): 32 Years DGM Roles: 41 Years Age Relaxations: SC/ST: 5 years, OBC-NCL: 3 years, J&K Domicile: 5 years, PwBD: 10 years.
