• Assam Police: 96 posts (86 Male, 10 Female)
• Assam Commando Battalions: 3 posts (Male only)
• F & ES: 5 posts (3 Male, 2 Female)
• DGCD & CGHG: 8 posts (6 Male, 2 Female)
• Pay Scale: Rs. 12,000 - 52,000/- (Pay Band-I) + Grade Pay Rs. 3,900/- plus admissible allowances.

Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: Must be a citizen of India and a permanent resident of Assam.
• Language: Must speak Assamese or any other state language fluently.
• Education: Minimum Class VI passed; Maximum qualification HSSLC (Class XII).
• Age Limit: 18-40 years as of 2026-01-01 (Born between 1986-01-01 and 2008-01-01).
• Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC, ST(P), and ST(H); 3 years for OBC/MOBC.
• Registration: Must be registered with a local Employment Exchange in Assam.
• Physical Standards: Specific height, chest (for males), and medical/eyesight standards apply as per official notification.

Selection Process

1. Medical Examination: Preliminary health screening.
2. Physical Standard Test (PST): Qualifying in nature (no marks).
3. Trade Proficiency Test (TPT): 50 marks. Expert panel evaluates the candidate's trade capability.

3. Log in with the Application ID/Mobile Number and Date of Birth.

5. Verify details, submit, and download the Acknowledgement Slip.
