Revaluation and Photocopy of Answer Scripts for FYUGP 2nd Semester Final Examination (June 2026 Session)

Students are strongly advised to complete the entire application and submission process within the stipulated deadline as specified by the portal. Prior to applying for Revaluation or Photocopy, students should visit their respective departments to verify their internal marks.

Important Dates

• Notification Date: August 28, 2026
• Application Commencement: August 28, 2026, 12:00 A.M. (midnight)
• Application Deadline: Students must complete the process within 10 days from the date of notification, i.e., by September 7, 2026. No applications will be entertained after the portal closes.

Eligibility Criteria

• This process is open to 3rd Semester (Regular Batch) students pursuing BA, BSc, BCA, or PG-Assamese programs.
• Eligible for students who appeared in the FYUGP 2nd Semester Final Examination.
• Not Eligible: Students with backlogs in Internal & Practical Marks should follow a different procedure (direct application to Controller of Examinations).

How to Apply

Eligible students wishing to apply for Revaluation or Photocopy of Answer Scripts must follow these guidelines and fee structure:

Fee Structure

• Revaluation: ₹330 per paper
• Photocopy of Answer Script: ₹550 per paper

Application Procedure

1. Online Application: Students must log in to their respective Samarth Portal (`mangaldaicollege.samarth.edu.in`) and apply for Revaluation/Photocopy through the 'Grade Card' option.
2. Generating Form: After successfully completing the online application, students must generate and print the application form.
3. Payment of Fees: The required fee must be paid via Bank Challan at the Bank of Baroda (Mangaldai College Branch). Students are required to download the E-Challan through `challan.mgcoffice.in`.
4. Submission: Following successful payment, students must submit the following documents to the Mangaldai College Administrative Office:

• A copy of the Bank Challan Receipt.
• The printed Revaluation/Photocopy Application Form generated from the portal.
