This notice provides detailed instructions for the admission process for programs offered by KKHSOU. Candidates are required to complete a multi-step digital registration process, starting with the generation of an Academic Bank of Credit (ABC) ID and a unique UGC DEB ID. The entire application process is conducted through the university's official admission portal.
Application Steps
Step 1: Generate ABC ID: Create an Academic Bank of Credit (ABC) ID via the Digilocker facility using your Aadhaar, PAN, or Driving License.
Generate a unique, permanent UGC Distance Education Bureau (DEB) ID on the admission portal. This ID is mandatory for all ODL and online courses.
Step 2: Create UGC DEB ID:
Step 3: Registration: Click 'Get Your Details' after entering your DEB ID. Once verified, click 'Click to Register' to receive login credentials (Username/Password) via your registered mobile number and email.
Step 4: Form Completion: Log in to the portal to enter personal details, select your program, upload required documents, and complete the payment process.

Passport size photograph
Final Marksheet/Certificate of last qualification
Photo Identity Card (PAN, Driving License, or Aadhaar)
