Eligibility Criteria

• Currently enrolled as a 1st Semester student in a Four Year Integrated Post-Graduate Program (FYIPGP) at Dibrugarh University.

How to Apply

Students interested in changing their Minor Discipline must follow these steps:

1. Prepare an application for the change of Minor Discipline.
2. Obtain due approval from the Heads of both the concerned Departments:

• The Department where the student is currently studying.
• The Department to which the student intends to move.

1. Submit the duly approved application to the office of the Deputy Registrar (Academic), Dibrugarh University.

Copy Forwarded for Information and Necessary Action

The notification has been forwarded to the following authorities for their kind information and necessary action:

1. The Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor, Dibrugarh University.
2. The Deans, Dibrugarh University.
3. The Registrar, Dibrugarh University.
4. The Controller of Examinations, Dibrugarh University.
5. The Heads of the Teaching Departments offering FYIPGP, Dibrugarh University.
6. The Heads/Chairpersons of the Teaching Departments/Centres of Studies, Dibrugarh University.
7. The Joint/Deputy Controller of Examinations - 'C', 'B' and 'A', Dibrugarh University.
8. The System Administrator, Dibrugarh University.
9. The Programmer, Dibrugarh University (with a request to upload the Notification on the Dibrugarh University Website).
10. Office File.
