Dibrugarh University has issued a notification regarding the mandatory migration process for students under the Multiple Entry-Exit and Horizontal Mobility provisions of the NEP-2020. Following directives from the Directorate of Higher Education, Government of Assam, all student migrations—including transfers between programs within the same institution or transfers between different institutions for the 3rd, 5th, or 7th semesters—must now be processed exclusively through the Assam SAMARTH Lateral Entry portal.
