Dibrugarh University has issued a notification regarding the mandatory migration process for students under the Multiple Entry-Exit and Horizontal Mobility provisions of the NEP-2020. Following the directive from the Directorate of Higher Education, Assam, all student migrations (transfer from one programme to another or one institution to another for 3rd, 5th, or 7th semesters) must be processed exclusively through the Assam SAMARTH Lateral Entry portal.
