Boarders of various Hostels of Dibrugarh University.
Boarders who have already completed one academic year.

How to Apply
Online Payment: Boarders must pay their Hostel Renewal fees through the student portal (ERP) System of Dibrugarh University.
Submission of Documents: After payment, boarders are required to submit the following documents to their respective wardens:
The money receipt of the fee payment.
A fresh Hostel Undertaking.
Hostel Caution Money Receipt.
Copy of Notification Sent to:
The Registrar, D.U.
The Dean, Students Affairs, D.U.
The Chief Warden / Associate Chief Warden, D.U. Hostels.
All the Wardens, D.U. Hostels (with a request to ask boarders to renew their hostel seat).
The Deputy Registrar (F&A) i/c, D.U.
The Senior Accounts Officer, D.U.
The Sr. Programmer, DU (with a request to upload the notification on the University website).
All Prefects, D.U. Hostels.
