The form must be used by students seeking to transfer from one affiliated/permitted college of the University to another.
Application Process
To apply for a transfer, students must complete the application form, providing:
Personal details (Name, Father's Name, Address).
Academic details (Current college/institute, semester, stream, roll number, and D.U. Registration number).
Details of the destination college where admission is sought.
A clearly stated reason for the transfer, supported by documentary evidence.
Required Documents
Applicants must attach the following to their application:
Transfer Certificate from the current college.
Documentary proof justifying the transfer request.
Class Attendance Certificate.
Records of Internal Assessment for all previous semesters.
Attested copies of mark sheets for all previous semesters.
Admission receipts of all previous semesters.
Prescribed College Transfer fee of Rs. 1000/-.
Important Policy Notes
Permission for transfer is granted by the University exclusively in the months of June and July of each academic session.
Applications require formal declarations and signatures from both the Principal of the college from where the transfer is sought and the Principal of the college where admission is sought.
Final approval is processed through the University's Academic and Examination branches.
