A clear scanned copy of the Aadhaar Card.
A clear scanned copy of the front page of the Bank Passbook showing the Account Holder's name, Bank Account Number, IFSC Code, Branch Name, and Bank Name. The passbook must feature the seal and signature of the bank official.
Scanned copies of all relevant marksheets and certificates.
