Overview

This notification from the Office of the Registrar at Dibrugarh University is an internal academic directive concerning the planning and coordination of Skill Enhancement Courses (SECs) for the 1st and 3rd-semester students of the Five Year Integrated Post Graduate Programmes (FYIPGP) for the 2026-2027 academic session.

Scope

The Heads and Chairpersons of teaching departments and centres are required to submit detailed information regarding the SECs offered under their respective jurisdictions.
It is mandated that the total intake capacity for each SEC must be at least equal to the intake capacity of the concerned FYIPGP to ensure efficient course administration.

Departments must provide the course details following the prescribed university format.
