Dibrugarh University has issued a corrigendum regarding the Spot Admission Policy for the Five-Year Integrated Post Graduate Programme (FYIPGP) under the Non-CUET category for the 2026-2027 academic session. The modification specifically updates Clause (iv) of the existing policy regarding the selection criteria for candidates arriving at the department/centre for spot admission.
Modified Selection Criteria
Under the updated policy, candidates appearing for spot admission must adhere to the following:
Reporting: Candidates must arrive at the concerned Department/Centre of the University at or before the designated reporting time.
Selection Basis: Selection for vacant seats across different categories will be determined based on a Merit Score.
Merit Score Calculation: The aggregate percentage of the best five (05) subjects, which must include English as a compulsory subject (i.e., English + the best four other subjects in the 10+2 Examination).
Pre-requisites: Selection is subject to the fulfillment of basic eligibility criteria and the submission of all requisite documents.
Important Notes
All other clauses of the original Spot Admission Policy dated 12th June 2026 remain unchanged.
This update is applicable to all applicants seeking admission under the Non-CUET category for the FYIPGP session 2026-2027.
