This corrigendum from Dibrugarh University, dated August 12, 2026, modifies a previous notification (No. DU/DR-A/3'd & Higher Sem.Admis sion/20261679 dated: 23-07-2026) regarding the Fee Waiver Scheme under the Pragyan Bharati Scheme of the Government of Assam for the academic session 2026-27. The key change is that students with arrears or backlogs in previous academic years are now eligible to avail the fee waiver benefit. However, for such students, only 50% of the applicable fees will be waived, and the remaining 50% must be paid by the student. All other terms and conditions of the original notification remain unchanged. The notice also includes a revised admission schedule for 3rd and higher (odd) semester students and details the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for availing the fee waiver.
