Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) has released an advertisement for the recruitment of 02 Project Manager and Project Coordinator posts .

SIDBI Vacancy Details:

1. Project Manager

No of Posts: 1

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate degree in Engineering / Technology / Management / Economics / Finance / Environmental Science / Sustainability / Climate Change or related disciplines from a recognised University/Institution.
• Certifications or specialised training in climate finance, project management, environmental and social safeguards, monitoring & evaluation, or sustainable development.

Desirable:

• Post-Graduate degree in Management, Finance, Climate Change, Environmental Management, Sustainability, Development Studies, Public Policy, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience of working in Banks, NBFC, NBFC-MFI preferably in climate & sustainable development finance or related sectors.

Age Limit: Not more than 50 years (as on August 31, 2026)

2. Project Coordinator

No of Posts: 1

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate degree in Engineering / Technology / Management / Economics / Finance-related disciplines from a recognised University/Institution.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience in project coordination, programme implementation, stakeholder management, reporting, administration, or related functions.

Desirable: Post-Graduate degree in Management, Finance, Climate Change, Sustainability, Development Studies, Project Management, or related fields.

Age Limit: Not more than 40 years (as on August 31, 2026)

Step 2: Fill the application form completely (in block letters)

Step 3: Sign the application form

Step 4: Attach self-attested scanned copies of the following documents:

• Proof of Date of Birth (10th Class Certificate/Birth Certificate)
• Essential Qualification certificates and mark sheets
• Other Qualification certificates and mark sheets
• Experience certificates (present and previous employment in descending order)
• Appointment orders/joining orders
• Experience Certificate indicating post held, period of service, pay scale/emoluments, and area of experience
• Pay Certificate from concerned organization
• Documentary evidence for annual CTC or pay slips for last 3 months
• Relieving Certificates (if applicable)
• Orders of current company indicating executive grades and pay structure
• Relevant experience in the form of office orders/office memorandums/transfer orders/work allocation orders
• NOC from employer (for Govt./PSU employees)
• CV, relevant identity proof (PAN Card, Voter Card, Aadhaar Card, Passport), and proof of residence
