• Emoluments:
• During Training (6 months): Basic Pay of Rs. 50,000/- + DA.
• After Training (as Assistant Manager): Scale Pay of Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000/- with a Basic Pay of Rs. 60,000/-.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: Up to 27 years (Age relaxations apply: SC/ST: 5 years, OBC-NCL: 3 years, PwBD/Ex-Servicemen: As per Govt. guidelines, Departmental: 10 years).
• Educational Qualifications:
• Engineering Roles: Relevant Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in respective Engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy, etc.).
• Computer & IT: Degree in CS/IT or MCA or PG Diploma in Computer Application (2 years).
• Finance: Graduation + CA/CWA OR Engineering Graduate with MBA (Finance).
• Human Resources: Graduation + PG Degree/Diploma in relevant field (2 years).

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected based on a multi-stage process:

1. Computer-Based Test (CBT): Objective type, bilingual (Hindi/English). 70% weightage.
2. Group Discussion (GD): 15% weightage.
3. Personal Interview: 15% weightage.

*Minimum qualifying marks for CBT: UR/EWS: 50, OBC-NCL: 45, SC/ST/PwBD: 40.*
