Eligibility Criteria
1. Engineer (RE - Civil)
Educational Qualification: Full Time BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 65% marks from a recognized University/Institution. (For SC/ST/PwBD category, minimum 55% marks).
Experience Requirement: Minimum 03 years’ post-qualification executive experience (including training period, if any) in Geotech/piling/foundation/structural steel/tower structures/switch yard etc. Candidates with RE experience will be preferred.
Upper Age Limit: 35 Years.
2. Engineer (RE - Electrical)
Educational Qualification: Full Time BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) Degree in Electrical/Electrical or Electronics/Electrical, Instrumentation & Control/Power Systems & High Voltage/Power Electronics/Power Engineering with at least 65% marks from a recognized University/Institution. (For SC/ST/PwBD category, minimum 55% marks).
Experience Requirement: Minimum 03 years’ post-qualification executive experience (including training period, if any) in switchyard/electrical testing/transmission system/transformer/Design/Engineering. Candidates with RE experience in plant/engineering domain will be preferred.
Upper Age Limit: 35 Years.
3. Engineer (RE - Mechanical)
Educational Qualification: Full Time BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) Degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering/Production & Industrial Engineering/Power Engineering with at least 65% marks from a recognized University/Institution. (For SC/ST/PwBD category, minimum 55% marks). Preference will be given to candidates with ME/M.Tech degree.
Experience Requirement: Minimum 03 years’ post-qualification executive experience (including training period, if any) with involvement in supervision/execution and related activities in power generation in Thermal/Gas/Hydro/Nuclear/Renewables. Candidates with RE experience will be preferred.
Upper Age Limit: 35 Years.
4. Executive (RE – Human Resource)
Educational Qualification: Graduate with at least 2 years full-time Post Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Post Graduate Program in Management with Specialization in Human Resources/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management or MHROD or MBA with specialization in HR with at least 65% marks from a recognized University/Institution. (For SC/ST/PwBD category, minimum 55% marks).
Experience Requirement: Minimum 03 years’ post-qualification executive experience (including training period, if any) in HR functions/Industrial Relations. Candidates with knowledge of SAP, MS Office, and Data Analytics will be preferred.
Upper Age Limit: 35 Years.
5. Executive (RE - Finance)
Educational Qualification: Qualified CA/CMA.
Experience Requirement: Minimum 01 year post-qualification executive experience (excluding articleship period) in the area of Finance/Accounts.

6. Engineer (RE - Safety)
Educational Qualification: Full Time Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Production/Electrical/Civil/Power Engineering with at least 65% marks from a recognized University/Institution AND a full-time diploma in Industrial Safety from Regional Labour Institute/Institution recognized under the Factories Act/Rules. OR Full Time Engineering Degree in Industrial Safety/Fire & Safety with at least 65% marks from a University/Institution recognized under the Factories Act/rules of any state. (For SC/ST/PwBD category, minimum 55% marks).
Experience Requirement: Minimum 03 years post-qualification executive experience (including training period, if any) in the area of safety, preferably in power industry/manufacturing industry in govt/public sector undertaking or private company of repute. (Post qualification experience shall be counted from the date of acquiring the Engineering Degree).
Upper Age Limit: 35 Years.
7. Executive (RE – CSR)
Educational Qualification: Full Time PG Degree/PG Diploma/PG Programme in Rural Management/Rural Development/Displacement/Resettlement/Rehabilitation/Community Development/Local Governance/Local Development/Livelihoods/Social Entrepreneurship/Social Development/Social Administration/Sustainable Development, Development Policy & Practice/Development Studies OR MSW OR MBA OR Graduate in Engineering with at least 65% marks from recognized University/Institute. (For SC/ST/PwBD category, minimum 55% marks).
Experience Requirement: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification executive experience (including training period, if any) in one or more of the areas related to conducting/reviewing/analyzing/monitoring of socio-economic surveys (SES)/consultation with stakeholders through participatory tools/handling CSR activities under the Companies Act/handling need assessment surveys/social impact assessment surveys/planning implementation CSR Activities or projects, etc.
