Vacancies & Pay Scale:

NECBDC is recruiting for 04 contractual positions with the following breakdown:

1. Position: PA to Managing Director

• Number of Positions: 1
• Monthly Remuneration: ₹20,500/- per month + 10% HRA and other admissible entitlements.

1. Position: Driver

• Number of Positions: 1
• Monthly Remuneration: ₹14,000/- per month + 10% HRA and other admissible entitlements.

1. Position: Bamboo Assistant

• Number of Positions: 1
• Monthly Remuneration: ₹29,000/- per month and other admissible entitlements.

1. Position: Data Entry Operator

• Number of Positions: 1
• Monthly Remuneration: ₹17,500/- per month and other admissible entitlements.

Eligibility Criteria:

Detailed educational qualifications and experience requirements for each post are as follows:

1. PA to Managing Director:

• Minimum Qualification and Experience: Master’s Degree with 2 years’ experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years’ experience in the relevant field.

1. Driver:

• Minimum Qualification and Experience:
• Matriculation/10th Pass from a recognised Board/Institution.
• Possession of a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) Driving Licence.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant driving experience.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance shall be desirable.

1. Bamboo Assistant:

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Botany, Forestry, Agricultural Sciences, Horticulture, Biotechnology, Plant Science, Bamboo Science/Technology or a closely related discipline from a recognised University/Institution.
• Experience: Master’s Degree with 2 years’ experience OR Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years’ experience in the relevant field.

1. Data Entry Operator:

• Minimum Qualification:
• Minimum Graduate from a recognised University.
• Diploma/Certificate in Computer Applications or equivalent qualification shall be desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
• Good typing and data entry skills.
• Knowledge of internet, email and basic digital record management.
• Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in data entry, MIS, office documentation or related work shall be desirable.
• Experience in handling Government projects/programmes shall be an added advantage.

Selection Process:

The selection process is not explicitly detailed in the document. However, personnel shall initially be engaged for a period of 11 months, including a probation period of 6 months. During this probation period, performance, conduct, discipline, and suitability will be assessed by NECBDC. Continuation of engagement beyond probation and further extensions are subject to satisfactory performance and organisational requirements.
