1. Director, Self-Financing Programme

No of Posts: 1

Age Limit: Minimum 40 years as on the date of advertisement. The retired employees with good health (Certificate from a Govt. Medical Officer to be attached) who are eligible and of the age 62 years or below on the date of the advertisement may also apply.

Remuneration: Negotiable; commensurate with qualifications, leadership experience, and competence.

Educational Qualification:  Master’s Degree in Commerce, Arts, Science, or Business Administration from a recognized University with a minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent grade).

Desirable: MBA from a UGC-recognized University with a minimum of 55% marks (or an equivalent grade on a point scale).

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of administrative experience.
• Proven track record in industry placement tie-ups, institutional branding, and student skill development initiatives.

2. Secretary to the Principal

No of Posts: 1

Age Limit: Minimum 40 to Maximum 45 years as on the date of advertisement (upper age limit relaxable as per College Governing Body rules for experienced candidates).

Remuneration: Consolidated monthly salary negotiable, commensurate with qualification, administrative experience, and skills.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Arts, Science, or Business Administration from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks (or equivalent grade).

Desirable: Master’s Degree or a Post Graduate Diploma in Secretarial Practice, Office Administration, or Public Relations.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative, secretarial, or executive support roles, preferably in a Higher Educational Institution (Autonomous College / University), public sector unit, or reputable organization.
• Experience in coordinating executive calendars, handling high-level visits, managing governing body documentation, and liaison work with statutory bodies (UGC, NAAC, University, DHE).
