EPI Recruitment 2026: Assistant and Senior Manager Vacancies

Vacancies & Pay Scale

• Total Vacancies: 12 posts
• Assistant Manager (E-1) (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical): ₹40,000 per month + HRA + 3% annual increment
• Senior Manager (E-4) (Civil): ₹70,000 per month + HRA + 3% annual increment

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or AMIE in the relevant discipline (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical) with a minimum of 55% marks.
• Age Limit: 32 years for Assistant Manager positions as on the last date of application.
• Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification executive experience in site construction for Assistant Manager roles. For Senior Manager, the gross annual remuneration in the current/previous organization must be at least ₹7,20,000.

Selection Process

• Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on academic performance and relevant experience.
• Written Test: May be conducted at the discretion of the management if a high volume of applications is received.
• Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a personal interview at the Western Regional Office (WRO), Mumbai.
