Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit: Minimum 30 years as of 01/01/2026.
• Educational Qualification: 10th Standard (Matriculation) pass.
• Residency: Must be a citizen of India and a permanent resident of the area of appointment.
• Property: Must own land or immovable property in the area of appointment.
• Family Norms: Not more than 2 living children (must submit self-affidavit).
• Employment Status: Must not be a government employee.
• Political Affiliation: Must not be a member of any political party.
• Physical/Financial: Must be physically fit and not declared insolvent/defaulter.

Selection Process

• Candidates will be selected based on the eligibility criteria and documentation verification. Details regarding further screening, if any, will be notified by the District Commissioner's office.

How to Apply

• Applications must be submitted in the 'Assam Gazette Standard' form.
• Filled applications, along with self-attested copies of required documents (Educational certs, Age proof, PAN, Voter ID, Family norms affidavit, Jamabandi/Land proof, Mouzadar certificate, PRC, Bakijai clearance, etc.), must be submitted physically to the Land Revenue Branch of the Integrated District Commissioner Office, Kamrup, Amingaon (1st Floor) by 20th August 2026.
