Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Must have passed 10th standard (Matriculation).
• Age Limit: Minimum 30 years as of 01/01/2026.
• Nationality: Citizen of India and permanent resident of the village where appointment is sought.
• Property: Must own land or immovable property in the respective village.
• Family Norms: Must not have more than two living children (self-affidavit required).
• Restrictions: Must not be a government employee or a member of any political party.
• Other: Must be physically fit, of sound mind, and not declared an insolvent or defaulter of government dues.

Selection Process

Candidates will be evaluated based on the documentation provided and eligibility criteria satisfaction.

How to Apply

1. Applications must be submitted in the Assam Gazette Standard form.
2. Fill out the application form completely.
3. Attach self-attested copies of required documents (Educational certs, age proof, photos, PAN, Voter ID, Family Norms affidavit, Jamabandi/Land proof, Mouzadar certificate, PRC, political affiliation declaration, and Bakijai clearance).
4. Submit the physical application at the Land Revenue Branch, Office of the District Commissioner, Kamrup, Amingaon (1st Floor) by 20th August 2026.
