Educational Qualification:
Manager (Branch Management) :
A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. 3 Years as an Officer in any Scheduled Public Sector Bank or Scheduled Private Sector Bank, of which at least 2 years should be in Branch Banking. Experience as Scale I Branch Head will be preferred.
Manager (IT) :
B.E./B.Tech (CS / IT / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation) (or) MCA (or) M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) from a Government recognized University/Institution. Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in IT.
Manager (Information Security) :
B.E./ B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Cyber Security or Information Security (or) M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Electronics & Communication, Cyber Security or Information Security. Minimum 2 years of post-qualification work experience
Manager (Information Security Audit) :
B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Cyber Security. (or) M.E./M.Tech in above disciplines /MCA. Minimum 2 years of experience.
Senior Manager (IT) :
B.E./B.Tech (CS / IT / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation) (or) MCA (or) M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT). Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in IT.
Senior Manager (Information Security) :
B.E./ B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Cyber Security or Information Security. (or) M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, Cyber Security or Information Security. Minimum 5 years of post-qualification work experience.

Senior Manager (Risk) :
Graduation in any discipline and MBA (Finance)/PGDM (Finance)/PGDBF /Master of Financial Management (MFM)/ Master of Finance and Control (MFC) / Masters in Mathematics /Statistics/ Economics (or) Graduation in any discipline with Certification in Financial Risk management from Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP)USA / Professional Risk Management Certification from PRMIA Institute. Minimum 5 years of post-qualification work experience.
Assistant Manager (Security) :
Graduate from Recognized University or equivalent. Along with Certification course (minimum of 3 months) in Computer (or) Information Technology or Computer Science related paper as one of the subjects at graduation level or afterwards is mandatory. The candidate should be a Retired Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) (or) equivalent with a minimum of five years of service in the Rank of JCO in the Army / Navy / Air Force. (or) The candidate should be of the rank equivalent to Inspector with minimum five years’ service in the Rank of Sub Inspector and above in Paramilitary Forces. (or) The candidate should be Police Officer not below the rank of Inspector with minimum five years’ service in the Rank of Sub Inspector and above.
