Cross-check Purchase Orders, supplier invoices, GRNs and physical stock details to identify any mismatch or error.
Ensure all purchase-related transactions are entered on time and maintain high accuracy of inventory and purchase data in the system.
Coordinate with the Purchase, Warehouse/CDC, Accounts and Store teams to resolve discrepancies related to purchases, GRNs and purchase returns.

Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day pharmacy operations of the assigned store, ensuring smooth dispensing, billing, stock availability and customer service.
Supervise and guide Registered Pharmacists and pharmacy staff, allocate responsibilities, monitor performance and ensure proper adherence to operational processes.
Ensure proper prescription handling, dispensing of medicines, maintenance of required records and compliance with applicable pharmacy and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor medicine stock, expiry, near-expiry, stock discrepancies and replenishment requirements. Ensure proper handling of stock and minimize expiry and inventory losses.
