However, in respect of SC/ST candidates, minimum 50% marks is must in the qualifying examination of Bachelor Degree.Assistant Manager (Human Resource):Candidates must have a 02 (Two) years full time degree of Master in Business Administration (MBA/post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with specialization in (Human Resource Management/Personnel Management/ industrial Relations) from any Indian University/ institution approved by AICTE/UGC).Percentage of Marks: A minimum of 60% marks in the qualifying in the examination of MBA/PGDM for the said post is required.
