Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must fulfill the following conditions to be eligible for the SSUHS PG Entrance Examination 2026:

• Nationality: Candidate must be an Indian Citizen.
• Educational Qualification: Candidates should have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.
• Relaxation: SC/ST candidates are eligible for a 5% relaxation in qualifying marks.
• Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC): A Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) is mandatory for admission into Government Institutes of Assam.
• Reservation: Reservation of seats will be applicable according to Government of Assam guidelines.

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the SSUHS PG Entrance Examination 2026. Details of the examination are as follows:

• Examination Mode: Offline
• Examination Centre: Guwahati
• Duration: 2 Hours
• Examination Pattern:
• The entrance examination will consist of 50 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
• Each correct answer carries 2 Marks.
• Total Marks: 100
• There will be No Negative Marking.
• Candidates are advised to prepare carefully according to the prescribed syllabus for their respective courses.

3. Online Fee Payment: Pay the examination fee online through the payment link available on the SSUHS website.

• Application Fee: ₹5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand Only)
• Fee Exemption: Candidates belonging to the PwD (Divyang) category are exempted from payment of the examination fee.
• Applicants must keep a printed copy of the online payment receipt.
