Vacancies & Pay Scale

• Total Vacancies: 4,029 posts
• Pay Scale: Level-6 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix
• Initial Pay: ₹35,400/- plus admissible allowances (DA, HRA, TA, etc.)

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: A 3-Year Diploma in relevant engineering streams (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation, IT, Computer Science, etc.) or a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering depending on the post. Depot Material Superintendent requires a Diploma in any discipline.
• Age Limit: 18 to 33 years as of 01 January 2027. (Age relaxation applicable as per government norms: 3 years for OBC-NCL, 5 years for SC/ST, and up to 15 years for PwBD categories).

Selection Process

The selection involves a multi-stage process:

1. 1st Stage Computer Based Test (CBT-I) - Screening stage (90 minutes, 100 questions).
2. 2nd Stage Computer Based Test (CBT-II).
3. Document Verification (DV).
4. Medical Examination (ME).
