Notification for Online Admission Schedule for 3rd and Higher Semester (Odd Semester) Students for Academic Session 2026-27 Overview This notification from Dibrugarh University announces the online admission schedule for students enrolling in their 3rd and higher (odd) semesters for all Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Integrated academic programmes within the Dibrugarh University campus for the academic session 2026-27. Registrar (Academic) for SAMARTH portal updates: On or before 21st August, 2026 Vacancies & Pay Scale Not Applicable. This notification pertains to student admissions and fee waivers, not recruitment or vacancies. Eligibility Criteria (for Fee Waiver under Pragyan Bharati Scheme) Students intending to avail the fee waiver benefit must submit the following documents to their respective Head of the Department (HoD) on or before 12th August, 2026, and meet additional criteria: Required Documents: Ration card/Income Certificate (latest) An undertaking in the prescribed format (Annexure - II) ADHAAR details along with consent letter (Annexure - III) Additional HoD Verified Criteria: Attendance of the student during the last semester must not be less than 75%. The student must have enrolled for the end semester examination and have no arrears/backlogs during the last semesters. Important Note for Fee Waiver Applicants: All enrolled students will initially see a payment link with full fees in their Student Portal (ERP). However, they should not pay until 21st August, 2026, or until their documents are verified. Students must ensure their Fee Waiver receipt is generated in their Student Portal (ERP) by 25th August, 2026. If a Fee Waiver receipt is not generated by 25th August, 2026, students must immediately report to the Dibrugarh University Cash Counter, as this may affect their examination form fill-up process. Selection Process Not Applicable. This is an admission schedule for existing students moving to higher semesters, not a selection process for new admissions or jobs. How to Apply For Fee Payment (without Fee Waiver): Login to your Student Portal (ERP). Go to the 'Fee Payment' section. Select the appropriate mode of payment (Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, etc.). For any queries related to fee payment, approach the Dibrugarh University Cash Counter. For Availing Fee Waiver: Collect and prepare the required documents: Ration card/Income Certificate, Undertaking (Annexure - II), and ADHAAR details with consent letter (Annexure - III). Submit these documents to the Head of your Department (HoD) on or before 12th August, 2026. Ensure your fee waiver receipt is generated in your ERP portal by 25th August, 2026.
