Vacancies & Pay Scale This notification pertains to admissions for an academic program, not job vacancies or employment. Admission Slots: Provisional Merit List: The merit list includes 20 candidates, comprising general, OBC(NCL), ST-P, SC, Sponsored, and Endowment categories. Provisional Waiting List: The waiting list comprises 12 candidates. Endowment seats will be filled by candidates from the waiting list in order of merit on the same day (13th August, 2026) if not taken up by the initially listed endowment candidates. Eligibility Criteria Candidates listed have already undergone a selection process, implying they meet the prerequisite educational qualifications for a Post Graduate Diploma, which typically requires a Bachelor's degree. Specific requirements include: OBC (NCL) Category: Candidates selected under the OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) category must produce a valid NCL certificate. Alternatively, they may submit an undertaking along with the acknowledgement receipt of applying for the NCL certificate, with a commitment to produce the original certificate within 15 days of admission. Selection Process Candidates were selected for the PGDTTPM course based on a comprehensive evaluation process that included: Performance in an Entrance Test Participation and performance in a Group Discussion (GD) Performance in a Personal Interview (PI) Academic score in their previous Degree Examination How to Apply This notification is for selected candidates to complete their admission process, not for initial application. Candidates on the Provisional Merit List are required to follow these steps for admission: Attend Admission: Selected candidates must positively take admission on 13th August, 2026, between 10:00 AM and 12:30 PM. Venue: Centre for Tea and Agro Studies, Dibrugarh University. Important Note: Failure to take admission within the stipulated time will result in the seat being offered to a candidate from the waiting list on the same day. Admission Fees (to be paid through online mode: internet banking/debit card/credit card): From Merit list (General/OBC/SC/ST categories): Rs. 34,298 Endowment category: Rs. 74,298 Sponsored category: Rs. 84,298 Documents to be produced at the time of admission: Two recent passport size photographs. Original Caste certificate (if applicable). Original copies of mark sheets and certificates from HSLC (Class 10) onwards. Self-attested photocopies of all testimonials. For OBC (NCL) candidates: Valid Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) certificate or an undertaking with an acknowledgement receipt of applying for the NCL certificate (to be submitted within 15 days of admission). General Instructions: Selected students are advised to come properly dressed.
